Здесь описано, на каких условиях мы даём доступ к Infrays. Текст написан простым языком, но это полноценный договор — публичная оферта. Пополняя баланс или покупая подписку в боте, вы её принимаете. Если что-то здесь вас не устраивает, лучше не платите, а напишите нам — разберёмся.

This page explains the terms on which we give you access to Infrays. It is written in plain language, but it is a binding agreement — a public offer. Topping up your balance or buying a subscription in the bot means you accept it. If anything here does not work for you, please do not pay — message us and we will sort it out.

We are Infrays. We operate through the infrays.cc website and the bot @infrays_subscription_bot. For questions about the service, payments and refunds, write to support@infrays.cc. Legal enquiries go to legal@infrays.cc.

2. Что вы получаете

2. What you get

Доступ к нашим серверам на оплаченный срок. Трафик между вашим устройством и сервером передаётся по зашифрованному каналу.

Access to our servers for the period you paid for. Traffic between your device and the server travels over an encrypted channel.

  • Тарифов два — «Стандарт» и «Продвинутый». Они отличаются набором серверов; что входит в каждый, показано на странице Тарифы.
  • There are two plans, Standard and Advanced. They differ in the set of servers included — see Plans for what each one covers.
  • Срок подписки — 1 или 2 месяца.
  • A subscription runs for 1 or 2 months.
  • Объём трафика не ограничен, если пользоваться сервисом честно (см. раздел 6).
  • Traffic is unmetered as long as you use the service fairly (see section 6).
  • Скорость: гарантируем до 100 Мбит/с, целевая — до 1 Гбит/с. Реальная скорость зависит ещё и от вашего провайдера, устройства и расстояния до сервера.
  • Speed: we guarantee up to 100 Mbit/s and aim for up to 1 Gbit/s. Your actual speed also depends on your provider, your device and how far you are from the server.
  • На одной подписке — до 10 устройств.
  • One subscription covers up to 10 devices.
  • Цену и состав тарифа бот показывает до оплаты. Если на сайте написано одно, а в боте другое, действует то, что вы видели в боте в момент оплаты.
  • The bot shows the price and what the plan includes before you pay. If the website and the bot ever disagree, what you saw in the bot at the moment of payment is what counts.

3. Аккаунт и ссылка на подписку

3. Your account and subscription link

  • Аккаунт создаётся в нашем боте @infrays_subscription_bot — через него вы оплачиваете и продлеваете подписку. Номер телефона для работы сервиса не нужен.
  • Your account is created in our bot @infrays_subscription_bot — you use it to pay for and renew your subscription. You do not need a phone number to use the service.
  • После покупки бот присылает персональную ссылку на подписку. При продлении она не меняется, а если вы её потеряете, бот выдаст её снова.
  • After you buy, the bot sends you a personal subscription link. It stays the same when you renew, and if you lose it the bot will give it to you again.
  • Ссылка — для вас и ваших устройств. Не публикуйте её, не раздавайте и не перепродавайте. Если она попала в чужие руки, напишите в поддержку.
  • The link is for you and your own devices. Do not publish, share or resell it. If it ends up in someone else's hands, contact support.
  • Устройство, подходящее приложение и интернет — с вашей стороны. С настройкой поможем.
  • The device, a compatible app and an internet connection are on your side. We are happy to help you set things up.
  • Сервисом могут пользоваться и дети — с разрешения родителей. Если вам нет 18, оплачивайте подписку только с согласия родителя или опекуна: он отвечает за покупку и за соблюдение этих условий.
  • Children can use the service too, with their parents' permission. If you are under 18, only pay for a subscription with a parent's or guardian's consent — they are responsible for the purchase and for these terms being followed.

4. Оплата

  • Сначала вы пополняете баланс в боте, затем покупаете подписку с баланса. Доступные способы оплаты бот показывает при пополнении.
  • First you top up your balance in the bot, then you buy a subscription from that balance. The bot lists the available payment methods when you top up.
  • Оплата — заранее и не больше чем на 2 месяца вперёд.
  • You pay in advance, and no more than 2 months ahead.
  • Автопродления нет. Деньги сами не спишутся: срок закончился — доступ выключился. Продлить можно в боте.
  • There is no auto-renewal. Nothing is charged behind your back: when the term ends, access simply stops. You can renew in the bot.
  • Вы платите цену подписки плюс комиссию платёжного сервиса, если она есть. При возврате мы возвращаем цену подписки, а комиссия остаётся у платёжного сервиса.
  • You pay the subscription price plus the payment service's fee, if there is one. A refund covers the subscription price; the fee stays with the payment service.
  • Цены могут меняться, но уже оплаченный срок это не затрагивает.
  • Prices may change, but that never affects time you have already paid for.
  • Бонусы реферальной программы тратятся только на подписку. Подробности — в условиях реферальной программы.
  • Referral bonuses can only be spent on subscriptions. Details are in the referral programme terms.

5. Возвраты и гарантия

5. Refunds and our guarantee

The key points are below; the full rules are in Payment, guarantee and refunds:

  • Вернуть деньги за подписку можно в любой момент и без объяснения причин: в первые 5 дней — полностью, позже — за неиспользованные дни. Деньги отправляем в течение 10 дней.
  • You can get your money back for a subscription at any time, no reason needed: in full within the first 5 days, and for the unused days after that. We send the money within 10 days.
  • Если ни один сервер не работает по нашей вине, добавим к подписке дни за время простоя.
  • If no server works because of a problem on our side, we add the lost days to your subscription.
  • Остаток на балансе, который вы не потратили, тоже возвращаем.
  • We also refund any balance you have not spent.
  • Деньги возвращаем тому, кто платил: за оплату картой или по СБП — переводом по СБП, за USDT или USDC — в той же монете на кошелёк, с которого пришла оплата, по курсу на момент оплаты. Можно вместо этого зачислить сумму на баланс.
  • Money goes back to whoever paid: card and SBP payments are refunded by SBP transfer, USDT or USDC payments in the same coin to the wallet they came from, at the rate at the time of payment. You can also choose to have the amount added to your balance instead.
  • Возвращаем только то, что оплачено деньгами. Промо-средства и реферальные бонусы — в том числе потраченные на подписку — не возвращаются. Не возвращается и подписка, закрытая за нарушение правил из раздела 6.
  • We only refund what was paid with money. Promotional credit and referral bonuses, including any spent on a subscription, are not refundable. Neither is a subscription closed for breaking the rules in section 6.
  • Если вы оспорите платёж через банк (чарджбэк), мы заблокируем аккаунт и баланс: деньги вам в этом случае уже вернул банк.
  • If you dispute a payment with your bank (a chargeback), we block the account and its balance: in that case your bank has already returned the money.
  • Гарантия не покрывает перебои, причина которых вне нашего контроля: сеть или оборудование на вашей стороне, ваш оператор связи, сбои у третьих лиц.
  • The guarantee does not cover outages whose cause is outside our control: your own network or equipment, your internet provider, or failures at third parties.

6. Чего делать нельзя

6. What is not allowed

Сервис нужен, чтобы защищать ваше соединение и приватность. Использовать его нельзя, чтобы:

The service is there to protect your connection and your privacy. You may not use it to:

  • качать и раздавать торренты и пользоваться другими P2P-файлообменниками;
  • download or seed torrents, or use other peer-to-peer file sharing;
  • рассылать спам, заниматься фишингом, распространять вредоносные программы;
  • send spam, run phishing or spread malware;
  • атаковать чужие сети и системы — сканировать порты, подбирать пароли, устраивать DDoS;
  • attack other networks or systems — port scanning, password guessing, DDoS;
  • распространять материалы сексуальной эксплуатации несовершеннолетних;
  • distribute child sexual abuse material;
  • нарушать закон, который действует для вас, или чужие права.
  • break the law that applies to you or infringe other people's rights.

Торрент-трафик на наших серверах не поддерживается. Намеренные попытки его передавать считаются нарушением.

Torrent traffic is not supported on our servers. Deliberate attempts to send it count as a breach.

За нарушения закрываем доступ сразу и без возврата денег. Если чья-то нагрузка мешает остальным, можем временно снизить ему скорость, но не ниже 100 Мбит/с.

For breaches we close access immediately and without a refund. If someone's usage is slowing things down for everyone else, we may temporarily reduce their speed, though never below 100 Mbit/s.

7. Законы

7. The law

Законы разных стран отличаются. Решить, можно ли пользоваться сервисом там, где вы находитесь, и соблюдать местные законы — ваша задача.

Laws differ from country to country. It is up to you to check whether you may use the service where you are, and to follow your local law.

Наши серверы стоят в дата-центрах разных стран. Законы этих стран действуют независимо от наших документов и, если противоречат им, имеют приоритет.

Our servers sit in data centres in several countries. Those countries' laws apply regardless of our documents and take precedence where they conflict.

8. Что мы можем делать

8. What we may do

  • Проводить технические работы и устранять сбои — иногда это означает короткий перерыв.
  • Carry out maintenance and fix faults — sometimes that means a short interruption.
  • Развивать сервис: добавлять серверы, менять функции, цены и состав тарифов. Оплаченный срок это не сокращает.
  • Develop the service: add servers and change features, prices and what each plan includes. This never shortens time you have paid for.
  • Заменить сервер другим в той же стране, если он вышел из строя или выведен из эксплуатации. Это не считается изменением тарифа.
  • Replace a server with another one in the same country if it fails or is taken out of service. That does not count as a change to your plan.
  • Ограничить или закрыть доступ, если нарушены эти условия.
  • Limit or close access if these terms are broken.

В тарифе «Стандарт» всегда не меньше 3 серверов.

The Standard plan always includes at least 3 servers.

Если тариф меняется в худшую сторону — например, в нём становится меньше серверов, — новые условия сразу действуют только для новых покупок. Для уже оплаченных подписок прежние условия сохраняются до конца оплаченного срока, но не дольше 3 месяцев с момента изменения. За оплаченное время сверх этих 3 месяцев выбирайте сами: остаться на новых условиях, зачислить деньги за это время на баланс или вернуть их по правилам раздела 5.

If a plan changes for the worse — for example, it loses servers — the new terms apply straight away only to new purchases. Subscriptions already paid for keep the old terms until the end of the paid period, but for no more than 3 months after the change. For any paid time beyond those 3 months, you choose: stay on the new terms, have that time credited to your balance, or get it refunded under section 5.

  • Мы стараемся, чтобы всё работало, но не обещаем полного отсутствия перерывов: бывают техработы и сбои у провайдеров и дата-центров. Если ни один сервер не работает по нашей вине, действует гарантия из раздела 5.
  • We work hard to keep everything running, but we cannot promise there will be no interruptions: maintenance happens, and providers and data centres have problems. If no server works because of us, the guarantee in section 5 applies.
  • Мы не отвечаем за то, что от нас не зависит: вашего интернет-провайдера, платёжные системы, магазины приложений и стороннее программное обеспечение.
  • We are not responsible for things outside our control: your internet provider, payment systems, app stores and third-party software.
  • За то, что вы делаете в интернете через сервис, отвечаете вы.
  • You are responsible for what you do online through the service.
  • Если вы всё же понесёте убытки по нашей вине, мы возместим их в пределах суммы, которую вы заплатили за текущую подписку. Это не отменяет прав, которые даёт вам закон вашей страны.
  • If you do suffer a loss through our fault, we will cover it up to the amount you paid for your current subscription. This does not take away any rights your local law gives you.

10. Наши материалы

Тексты, инструкции и логотип на сайте и в канале — наши. Делиться ссылками на них можно и нужно, а копировать целиком и выдавать за своё — нельзя. Подписка даёт право пользоваться сервисом, но не передаёт права на наши материалы и программы.

The texts, guides and logo on our website and channel are ours. Sharing links to them is welcome; copying them wholesale and passing them off as your own is not. A subscription lets you use the service — it does not give you any rights to our content or software.

Что мы видим, храним и сколько — в Политике конфиденциальности. Главное: историю ваших посещений мы не записываем.

What we see, what we keep and for how long is set out in the Privacy Policy. The short version: we do not record your browsing.

12. Если возник спор

12. If something goes wrong

Сначала напишите в поддержку — почти всё решается там. Эти условия не ограничивают прав, которые закон вашей страны даёт потребителям и которые нельзя отменить договором.

Please message support first — almost everything gets resolved there. Nothing in these terms limits the consumer rights your country's law gives you that cannot be waived by contract.

Условия могут обновляться. Актуальная версия всегда на этой странице, дата обновления — в самом верху. Продолжая пользоваться сервисом после обновления, вы соглашаетесь с новой версией.

These terms may be updated. The current version is always on this page, with the date at the top. If you keep using the service after an update, you agree to the new version.

14. Где официальные тексты

  • Официальные версии этих Условий, Политики конфиденциальности, Условий оплаты, гарантии и возвратов и Условий реферальной программы — те, что опубликованы на сайте infrays.cc.
  • The official versions of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Payment, guarantee and refunds rules and the Referral programme terms are the ones published on infrays.cc.
  • Копии и пересказы в боте — для удобства. Если они расходятся с сайтом, действует версия на сайте.
  • Copies and summaries in the bot are there for convenience. If they differ from the website, the website version applies.
  • Единственное исключение — цена и состав тарифа: здесь действует то, что вы видели в боте в момент оплаты (раздел 2).
  • The one exception is price and what the plan includes: for those, what you saw in the bot at the moment of payment applies (section 2).
  • Документы опубликованы на русском и английском. Если версии расходятся, действует русская.
  • The documents are published in Russian and English. If the two versions differ, the Russian version applies.
